The Process
For
more than 12 years Rosalinda’s Interiors has been creating environments
that reflect the personalities, lifestyles and needs of our clients. Projects
consist of assistance with new residential construction, demolishing
and reconstructing a single room, kitchen or bath, or creating an executive
commercial or home office space. With interactive communication and
continual exchange of ideas between client and designer,Rosalinda’s
Interiors approaches each project as a joint venture – one that ultimately
develops into the creation of environments that are aesthetically pleasing,
highly functional, describe the personality of the client and most importantly
meet the requirements and the needs of the client.INITIAL CONSULTATION/INTERVIEW:
At our first meeting, the goal is to meet you, observe, ask questions and listen. We want to identify the scope of the project by finding out as much as possible about your style and interior design requirements. As part of our introduction, we will explain to you how we can be of service to you.
AGREEMENT:
Before any work is started an agreement is presented to client outlining the scope of the project, approximate budget, time frames and associated fee structure. Once the agreement is signed and retainer is received, we are ready to start your project.
SITE VISIT FOR INTERIOR PLANNING & DESIGN CONCEPT:
At this visit, the designer will have a more in depth discussion with client to determine the needs and requirements of the project. The needs may include additions, changes, materials & finish selections, color preferences, styles, etc. After analyzing the space, the designer should walk away with a clear picture of the client’s expectations.
INITIAL PRESENTATION:
A design concept is created and presented to client. This initial presentation consists of floor plans, furniture layouts, photos of recommended furnishings, fabric samples, wall finishes, floor coverings, etc. This design concept is further developed and refined based on outcome of initial discussions with client.
FINAL PRESENTATION:
Based on the discussions at the “Initial Presentation” the designer will refine the original plans and come up with a final master plan. This final master plan will indicate the final selections and prices.
IMPLEMENTATION:
After the final presentation is made to client, the client approves the selections and all furnishings, materials and finishes are ordered. The designer continues to stay involved throughout the entire project from beginning to end making sure that the goals of the client are met.
